Before you write

Including these three things gets your problem solved in one reply instead of four:

• your phone model and Android version;
• the game version, shown at the bottom of the Credits screen (the ⓘ button on the main menu);
• what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

Common questions

I lost my progress

Progress is stored on your device, not on our servers, so we cannot see or restore it. If Android's backup feature was switched on, restoring your phone from that backup will bring it back. Purchases are different: they are tied to your Google account and come back on their own when you reinstall while signed in to the account that bought them.

I paid and did not receive it

Reopen the game while online and signed in to the Google account you bought with; entitlements restore automatically. If it still has not arrived, send us the Google Play order number from your receipt email and we will sort it out.

I want a refund

Refunds are handled by Google Play, not by us. Open the Play Store, find the purchase under your order history and request a refund there. Google offers an automatic refund window shortly after purchase. If your case falls outside it and something genuinely went wrong, write to us.

An ad did not give me my reward

Rewarded ads only pay out when the ad finishes. If an ad fails to load or is closed early, nothing is taken from you and you can try again. If you watched one all the way through and still received nothing, tell us what you were claiming and roughly when, and we will look into it.

How do I remove ads?

Buy Remove Ads from the in-game Shop. It is a one-time purchase and it removes the interstitial ads between runs on that device. Rewarded ads you choose to watch remain available.

The game runs badly on my phone

Open Settings and set Graphics Quality to Low, and turn on Reduce Motion. That switches off the heaviest effects and makes a real difference on older hardware.

I have trouble seeing the colours

Settings has a Colorblind Mode that puts a distinct symbol on every bubble colour, plus Reduce Flash and a Screen Shake control.

How do I delete everything?

Uninstalling the game removes all of its data from your device. If you also want to remove the device backup, delete it from your Google account's backup settings.

Reporting a bug

Bug reports are genuinely welcome, and a screenshot or a short screen recording is worth a paragraph of description. If the game crashed, telling us what you were doing in the ten seconds before it happened is usually enough for us to find it.
