Privacy Policy

Effective 28 July 2026 · Version 1.0

The short version. We do not ask who you are. Bubble Shooter: Last Stand has no accounts, no sign-in and no profiles. Your progress lives on your own phone. Lovehook operates no servers and receives no data about you.

The game shows advertisements and offers optional in-app purchases. Those are handled by Google, and this policy explains exactly what that means for you.

This policy explains how Bubble Shooter: Last Stand ("the game") handles information. The game is published by Lovehook ("we", "us"), an independent game developer based in Türkiye. It applies to the Android application distributed through Google Play.

1. What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. We do not collect, receive, store or transmit your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, device identifiers or any other personal information. We have no database of players because we have no server to keep one on.

There is no registration, no login, no cloud save and no social feature in the game.

2. What stays on your device

The game writes a small number of files into its own private storage area on your phone. Other apps cannot read them. They contain:

This information never leaves your device by our doing. Uninstalling the game deletes all of it.

Android Backup. If you have Android's backup feature switched on, Android may copy these files to your own Google account so a new phone can pick up where you left off. That copy belongs to you and sits in your Google Drive; we cannot see it or access it. You can turn this off in your device settings under Google › Backup.

3. Advertising

The game shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. There are two kinds, and neither ever appears over live gameplay:

To serve those ads, Google may collect and process information such as your advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, device model and operating system version, and data about how you interact with an ad. This happens inside Google's advertising system. We do not receive that information and we cannot use it to identify you.

Google's own explanation of how it uses data from apps and sites is here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your choices about ads

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. When you buy something, your payment details go to Google, never to us. We never see your card number, your billing address or your Google account.

What we receive from Google is a confirmation that a purchase completed, which the game uses to grant what you bought. That confirmation is stored on your device so your purchase survives being offline.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms. For anything a refund cannot solve, write to us at the address at the bottom of this page.

5. Analytics and crash reporting

The game contains no third-party analytics SDK. We do not track how you play, how long you play or what you press.

If the game crashes, Android may offer to send a crash report to Google Play on your behalf. That is a feature of your device and of Google Play, controlled by you in your device settings, and it is the same mechanism that applies to every app you have installed. Reports we can see through the Play Console contain technical information about the crash, not information about you.

6. Children

Bubble Shooter: Last Stand is a puzzle game suitable for a general audience, but it is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. There are no chat features, no user-generated content and no way for players to contact one another.

Where the game is served to users we identify as children, or where you have told Google Play that a device belongs to a child, advertising is restricted to non-personalised ads in line with Google Play's Families policy.

7. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is normally nothing for us to retrieve, correct or erase on request. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR still gives you the right to ask, and if you are in Türkiye, the KVKK (Law No. 6698) gives you the equivalent right. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days, including when the honest answer is that we hold nothing.

To remove everything the game has stored, uninstall it. To remove a device backup, delete it from your Google account's backup settings. To reach Google about data Google holds, use the Google links in section 3.
