1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Lovehook ("we", "us"), an independent game developer based in Türkiye, covering your use of the Android game Bubble Shooter: Last Stand ("the game").

By installing or playing the game, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, uninstall the game.

Your use of Google Play is separately governed by Google's own terms. Where Google Play's terms give you a right (a refund, for example), nothing here takes it away.

2. Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment.

You may not:

• sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
• use cheats, automation, memory editors or modified clients to obtain currency, purchases, scores or unlocks you have not earned or paid for;
• use the game for anything unlawful.

3. What we own

The game, its code, artwork, music, sound, text, the name Bubble Shooter: Last Stand and the Lovehook name and logo belong to Lovehook and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you.

The game uses third-party open-source components under their own licences. Those licences are reproduced inside the app, on the Credits screen under "Legal notices". Two typefaces, Baloo 2 and Nunito, are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

4. Purchases and virtual items

The game offers optional in-app purchases. All of them are processed by Google Play Billing; we never handle your payment details.

Sprinkles, powers, styles and every other in-game item are a limited licence to use a feature inside the game. They are not money, they hold no cash value, they cannot be exchanged for cash, and they cannot be transferred outside the game or to another player.

Consumable purchases (Sprinkle packs) are delivered immediately. Non-consumable purchases (Remove Ads, style packs) remain available on the Google account that bought them and can be restored by reinstalling the game while signed in to that account.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under its published policy, which includes a short automatic-refund window after purchase. If something went wrong that a Google refund cannot fix, write to us and we will try to put it right.

If you obtain items through a fault, exploit or unauthorised modification, we may remove those items.

5. Advertising

The game shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose to watch one, and you lose nothing by declining or by an ad failing to load. Purchasing Remove Ads permanently disables the interstitial ads between runs on that device; optional rewarded ads remain available by choice.

We do not control the content of individual advertisements. Concerns about a specific ad can be reported to us and we will pass them on.

6. Your saved progress

Your progress is stored on your device, not on our servers. We cannot see it, restore it, or move it between devices.

This means that if you uninstall the game, reset your device or lose it, your progress is gone unless Android's own backup feature happened to have copied it to your Google account. We are not able to recover progress, and we are not liable for its loss. Purchases are the exception: those are tied to your Google account and can be restored.

7. Updates and availability

We may update the game to fix problems, adjust balance or add content, and we may change or retire features. We may stop distributing or supporting the game. If we ever do, the copy already installed on your device keeps working for as long as your device and Android support it, but we cannot promise that indefinitely.

8. The game is provided as it is

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep every statutory right your local law gives you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the game is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid us for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or ten euros.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress, lost virtual items or lost time.

10. Ending this agreement

You may end it at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms, in particular section 2. Ending the agreement does not entitle you to a refund of purchases already delivered, except where the law or Google Play's policy says otherwise.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date and version at the top of this page always tell you which revision is current. Material changes will be noted in the app's update notes on Google Play. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
